Villa Öz sits in Karapınar, Gülbahçe — tucked between old olive groves and the Aegean Sea. No hotel crowds, no shared spaces. Just a well-designed private home that’s yours for the stay: pool, garden, sea views and plenty of room to genuinely unwind.

Four bedrooms, private terraces, pool and a well-kept garden — the villa works equally well for families and group getaways. Everything’s taken care of, nothing’s missing.

Villa Öz is built in the Aegean style: The interiors are clean and unfussy — no clutter, but plenty of character. The terraces connect indoor and outdoor living naturally, creating an open and relaxed atmosphere.

Eat, relax, enjoy

The living and dining area is open-plan and airy, flowing straight onto the shaded terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped — pick up fresh produce from Gülbahçe’s weekly market and you’re set. On the terrace there is a table for 12 guests where you can enjoy dinner together in the evening.

Mornings start with Aegean views. The pool is still quiet — perfect for an early swim. Afternoons: explore the coast or just sit in the garden and do nothing. Evenings: fire up the barbecue, open a bottle of local wine, and take in a night sky that genuinely impresses.
