How do I book Villa Öz?
Villa Öz is available on Airbnb and Booking.com. Pick your dates, complete the booking and you'll get instant confirmation. If you have questions or special requests, message us on WhatsApp.
What's included in the rental?
Your stay includes the entire private villa with a fully equipped kitchen, private pool (8 m × 4 m), outdoor dining area, garden, complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, fresh linens and towels, and a welcome package with local delicacies. Cleaning is included with mid-stay service for stays of 5 nights or more.
Is the pool heated?
The pool is solar-heated during the warmer months (May through October). During shoulder season the water may be cooler but still refreshing. The pool area has both sun loungers and shaded seating.
Can I host an event during my stay?
Yes, Villa Öz is a beautiful venue for intimate gatherings. We accommodate small events such as birthday celebrations, yoga retreats, and private dinners for up to 30 guests. Please contact us in advance to discuss your event plans, as prior arrangement is required.
How far is the beach?
The nearest beach is about 5 minutes by car. The Urla coastline has several beautiful beaches and coves to explore. We're happy to share our local picks for the best swimming spots and hidden coves.
Is airport transfer available?
Yes, we can arrange private airport transfers from Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB). The drive to Villa Öz takes approximately 60 minutes. Please let us know your flight details at least 48 hours before arrival, and we'll coordinate a comfortable transfer for you.
What's the best time to visit Urla?
Urla is wonderful year-round, but each season has its charm. June through September offers the warmest weather and ideal swimming conditions. Spring (April-May) brings wildflowers and mild temperatures perfect for exploring. Autumn (October-November) is the olive and grape harvest season with food festivals. Winter is the quietest, ideal for a peaceful retreat with cooler but pleasant Mediterranean weather.
